Sup tulang Korea yang terbuat dari kaldu sapi dan jangka waktu cukup lama kira-kira 2-5 jam untuk merebusnya sehingga warnanya menjadi putih susu.

한우 사골국은 쇠고기 육수로 만들어지며 색이 유백색이 될 때까지 끓이는 데 약 2~5시간의 오랜 시간이 걸립니다.
